price their properties, e.g. a French agent can price in Euros, a US agent
can price in $.
Prospective property buyers can select properties using their own familiar
currency, e.g. English buyers do not work in Euros or $ and prefer to
select in £. Our websites automatically convert currencies to enable
this.
Built-in multi-lingual ability & translation service
Agents can promote to other countries in other languages
easily, e.g. a Spanish agent can have their site shown in both English
and Spanish, with property descriptions translated automatically. We can
take care of the translation if required ensuring that the translation
is always professional and no work is required on the part of the agent.
Prospective property buyers who only speak one language get to see properties
they might otherwise ignore.
Leading-edge Search facility
Search by price, type, state/county etc, but also by customers'
required features. No other site will have the same breadth of search
facilities in an easy to use screen. Remember, prospective buyers from
other countries are used to searching using different criteria to that
which may be typical in the country the property is sited in, e.g. lot
size, no. of rooms, house size, pool required, air-con etc. Our sites
have a global ability but with a localised interface.

Very flexible property description facility, allows agents
to describe property in their own unique way, with their own template,
colours etc. Property details will stand out more to prospective buyers.
Print-outs will also look more professional. Unlimited text, so agents
can include as much details as they like. You can even cut-and-paste text
from Word documents, keeping the same formatting, including fonts, size
and colours.
Multiple Photos & Floorplans
Agents can upload multiple photos & floorplans at the
click of a button. These are automatically resized, so it's easy and quick
for the agent. There is no limitation on the number of photos per property,
so for properties that warrant it, the more photos the better. You could
also include photos of the surrounding area along with text explanations.
Good photos are known to be a great way to get interest on a property.
Property Detail Templates
When adding a new property, agents can select from an existing
template to organise the layout of the particulars, and speed up the data
entry. Agents will also be able to save their own templates.
Additional Marketing Materials - PDF’s
If agent has pre-done marketing material on a property,
particularly designed with new developments in mind, these can be uploaded
to be shown with the property details.
Additional Marketing Materials – Video Footage
To come soon. Agent can take video footage of property,
and we will upload it to property details.
Automatic emailing to interested customers
Customers that register on the portal with a profile, are
automatically sent new property listings that fit their profile as they
appear. This is marketing for you without any interaction needed by you.
Upload from Desktop Software
We will shortly be adding import facilities from estate-agent
desktop software on request.
